These terms govern purchases and use of Niberdealz. By using the site or submitting an order request, you agree to them.

1. Direct store

Niberdealz is the direct seller of products offered on this website. Product availability, prices and descriptions may change before an order request is accepted.

2. Order requests and payment

Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. Card payments are not available through this site. We review availability and contact you about next steps before fulfilment; no payment is collected when you submit an order request.

3. Delivery and collection

Delivery options, timelines and fees are displayed at checkout. Courier delivery is door-to-door. PAXI collection requires a customer-selected PEP, Ackermans or Shoe City point, a valid ID and the SMS collection PIN. See delivery information for the current options.

4. Returns & exchanges

Please contact us through the private contact form before returning an item, quoting your order reference. We will assess the request and provide return instructions where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the South African Consumer Protection Act, including applicable rights relating to defective goods, cooling-off or direct marketing transactions.

Products may be sourced from trusted suppliers for NiberDealz. NiberDealz remains your seller and your point of contact; supplier sourcing does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

5. Support

For order support, use our private contact form and include your order reference where possible.

6. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with ordering or payment processes. These terms are governed by applicable South African law.
